Snow last weekend on the mountain tops in the Cairngorms gives all snow sport enthusiasts hope of another great winter's sport just like last season.

The nights are fair drawing in in the Highlands of Scotland, Autumn is here, (did we have a summer?) and Winter is approaching fast. Hopefully for those who enjoy their snow sports it will be another one like last year.

Some of us are hoping that this Winter will be a repeat of Last Year when the area turned into a Winter Wonderland and Loch Morlich remained frozen for 3 months. Conditions were great for Snow Sport.

Hopefully we will get conditions like this again this Winter. You could stay at Lochan Mor Lodge or Creag Mhor in Aviemore if you are going to Cairngorm Mountain.

Hopefully we will get some really good snow this season and we will have some great days out on Cairngorm Mountain. Don't think we will see Susan Boyle there though, just her Wild Horses.

There will be snow soon in Scotland and we can all get out there and enjoy it. Lets hope it comes soon. The Cairngorms will soon be white again.
